Your cookies look great! I love to make cookies and my recipe is similar to yours. I have never used the royal icing though. Was it easy? I’ve always just used milk and powdered sugar. I’m addicted to buying cutters..there are so many cute ones! My latest one is a large copper fleur de lis.
I buys these cookies at Whole Foods in Fairview, Texas. I cannot even keep them in the house. My daughter, Olivia’s, friends go bonkers when they come over. The ice cream cookies, pumpkin, anything with that yummy sugar on top is out of this world. I just bought the new gingerbread pumpkin cookie and here is the crazy part. I don’t even like cookies.
