Right now I’m eating Ben and Jerry’s “Pistachio Pistachio” and I totally can’t stop myself. It’s so creamy and soothing with the perfect amount of mild flavoring and fresh nuts. I bought the pint on a whim as I rarely get Pistachio ice cream in the states (yet oddly enough, I’d eat pistachio gelato in Italy everyday!). I also am not that huge a Ben and Jerry’s fan, even though I ate it almost everyday in college since the factory was so close to my school. Alas, this pint ‘o B and J’s is doing the trick just splendidly. Mmmm, an easy 5-cherries.
