I've had better desserts from airplane dinner trays than this impostor of a carrot cake at The Coffee Bean. This slice totally disappointed me since it looked somewhat promising behind the glass and the Coffee Bean has delighted me before with its red velvet cupcakes (review here). Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for this dense, bland and rubbery item which tasted of preservatives that were clearly failing at their job of preserving. May this review save you from waisting your hard-earned money and calories on such unworthy rubbish.
