I’m keeping my eyes and ears peeled for tasty treats that you can enjoy too. Alas, these cupcakes by French Meadow Bakery that I found in Whole Foods are not the answer. The cake has an oddly firm quality and the icing tastes like a poor-man’s buttercream. Let’s just say, palm oil and corn syrup are no substitutes for real butter and sugar! I’m a purist, so these cupcakes let me down, but if you only eat Gluten-Free desserts, they may not be that bad in your book. In the meantime, the search is still on….! ps: Sorry for the pink-ness of the shot. Camera was on a weird setting.. I’m learning!
