I’m a Huge fan of a tall glass of water. I actually feel naked and slightly panicky if I don’t have a bottle of water on me when I leave the house. Water not only flushes ours systems and keep our skin glowing, but also, it keeps us from eating too many calories. How? Because sometimes we eat when really, we’re just thirsty.
Make your water something special by infusing it with fresh berries, cucumbers, mint, citrus, what have you! Look, I’ve even found a whole site devoted to Spa Water! (click here)
