This candy was one of the most unique concoctions that I’ve ever tried.
And it was made even more fascinating when paired with a thin apple slice and cheese. Wowee! What an addicting combo~

A question about the brittle: Are the pumpkin seeds shelled or roasted/toasted or anything, or are they dumped in fully clothed (so to speak)? And if they are shelled, do you know of an easy way to do that? I look forward to trying this!
