How adorable are these Cake Pops?! If you’re not sure what a Cake Pop is or how to make them, click here. In the meantime, let’s discuss PoparazziPops.  These delightful creations come in a variety of gourmet flavors like Champagne and Strawberries, Blood Orange Chocolate, Fleur de Sel, and High Octane Espresso, to name a few.  These pops are tailored for adults who don’t have a super sweet tooth.  While I’d rather have a mild pop than a saccharine sweet one, I think these treats could use a bit more frosting in the centers to punch up the fun. I must say though, it’s hard to achieve a perfect balance with Cake Pops as you may know from past reviews! Overall, a solid 4-cherries for Poparazzi’s gourmet and darling treats!

Cake Balls at Momofuku Milk Bar in New York City

These “Birthday” cake balls from Momofuku milk bar don’t necessarily smell that appealing at first, but upon sinking your teeth into the super moist and festive treat, you quickly forgive the Cap’N Crunch-like aroma. These balls taste like rich donut cake holes and have colorful sprinkles for dynamic and tasty bites of joy.

Quite Possibly the Best Cake Pops Ever

Wow- now these cake pops were stop-in-your-tracks-throw-your-head-back-and-gasp Amazing. I recently attended a book signing at William-Sonoma for the book tour of Bakerella's fabulous compilation on making and decorating cake pops. Perhaps more exciting yet, I actually got to try one of her creations! These pops were perfection.  I learned that the cake was made with Sprinkles pumpkin mix and I could see that the shells were made with orange candy melting discs like these. Mmmm!  Completely, completely Amazing.
